Princes Technologies ships products to customers across Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Warangal, and other locations in India. We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of receiving confirmed payment. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Partners
We ship via reputed and registered courier partners including:
- DTDC Courier
- Blue Dart
- Delhivery
- India Post (for remote or government institution deliveries)
- Our own delivery team (for Hyderabad city deliveries)
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Hyderabad city: 1–2 working days (often same-day for local orders)
- Telangana & Andhra Pradesh: 2–4 working days
- Rest of India: 4–7 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, natural events, or high-demand periods such as festivals.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly stated in your quotation or invoice. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the delivery failure was caused by our error. For large or bulk hardware orders, shipping costs are quoted separately and subject to weight and destination.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the shipment if packaging is visibly damaged — note the damage with the courier agent
- Photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately
- Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will coordinate with the courier to arrange a replacement or resolution
For lost shipments, please allow up to 7 working days from the estimated delivery date before raising a complaint. We will investigate with the courier partner and take appropriate action.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address, pincode, and contact number are accurate at the time of order. Princes Technologies is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Tracking Your Order
