Our Warranty Terms
New products carry full manufacturer warranty. Refurbished laptops and desktops carry a minimum 6-month Princes Technologies warranty covering hardware defects, extendable through AMC. Repairs carry a workmanship and parts warranty for a defined period after service.
Warranty excludes physical/liquid damage after delivery and unauthorized third-party repairs — full terms are confirmed in writing at time of sale.
