Overview
At Princes Technologies, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds for products and services that do not meet the agreed specifications, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:
- The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described
- The service delivered does not match the confirmed scope of work
- The product is dead on arrival (DOA) and reported within 48 hours of delivery
- A duplicate payment has been made in error
Refund Request Window
All refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the purchase date or service delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be entertained unless under exceptional circumstances as determined by our management.
How to Raise a Refund Request
To initiate a refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Your full name and contact number
- Invoice number and date of purchase
- Product/service name and description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos (for physical product defects)

Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of approval
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add 2–5 additional business days depending on your bank
Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Software licenses, antivirus keys, or digital products once activated
- Custom-configured hardware or made-to-order assemblies
- Services already fully rendered (e.g., completed installations, website deployment)
- AMC contracts once the service period has commenced
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage by the customer
- Shipping and delivery charges
Return of Physical Products
For hardware refunds, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Products showing signs of physical damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for refund.
